Name: Molly ZuZu
Bio: Molly, also known as Mother Goose, is a veracious sock-knitter, as well as an experienced fiber dyer and hand spinner. Before coming to Montague, she raised angora rabbits. Her hand-dyed braids were the first locally-sourced products to be featured for sale at Knit and Spin, and she currently has braids for sale in the shop and in our online store. She can often be found in the shop offering advice to novice knitters, and she occasionally serves as an assistant instructor for our classes.

Name: Leanne VanOverbeke
Bio: Leanne is the former owner of Knit and Spin, but now dedicates her time to raising grandkids and sheep. She offers her hand-dyed spinning fiber and yarn for sale in our shop and in our online store, and enjoys knitting hats. She learned how to knit while serving in our embassy in Budapest, where she worked with her husband, Warren. Warren is a retired Air Force officer and an accomplished author, and he just published his second book!

Name: Trish Clark
Bio: Fiber Love Diary was begun as a YouTube channel in 2017 by a bored and lonely Trish Clark after moving and entering the empty nest phase of her life. Trish worked to teach and inspire others with her hobbies: knitting, crocheting, dyeing, spinning, and weaving. As she demonstrated dye techniques in video, people began asking where they could buy wool and yarn from her. She began dyeing her colorways and putting them up for sale in her online shop in late 2018 and hasn’t stopped throwing dye around since. Now, she dyes wool in her little dye studio outside her home in Michigan where she lives with her husband and two rescue dogs.
